This pivotal initiative kicked off on October 1, 2024, marking a new chapter in FCCI’s strategic evolution.
Cognizant, a leading professional services company, acts as the system integrator in this partnership, leveraging Duck Creek Technologies’ advanced policy administration system. The modern platform enhances FCCI’s operational efficiencies, automates manual processes, and expedites the introduction of new insurance products, improving expense ratios and core performance metrics.
FCCI’s E&S lines introduce essential coverages, including General Liability, Excess Liability, Inland Marine, Crime, and Property and Package, with the first two lines going live in October and additional offerings scheduled for early 2025.
